What type of e-scooters can I hire?
The scooters we hire out are Gyroor C1S models which have an adjustable comfortable seat and anyone up to 120 kgs can ride.

What is the maximum speed and range of the e-scooters?
There are three speeds and the maximum speed is 31 kph and the range on a full charge is 25-30 km depending on the weight of the rider and the average speed travelled.
Where can I pick up the e-scooters from?
The e-scooters can be picked up and dropped off at our Regent Street property in Martinborough which is a short walk from the square.
What equipment is provided?
We provide one helmet per e-scooter which we recommend everyone wears at all times whilst riding. We also provide a bike chain-style lock which must be used when the e-scooters are parked. We will provide the unique 4 digit code for the lock once your booking has been confirmed.
Where do I return the e-scooters after our hire has been completed?
Please return them to the same place you collected them from - detailed instructions will be sent to you once your booking has been confirmed.
What is the cancellation policy?
We offer a full refund if your cancellation notification is received by email at least 48 hours before your scheduled booking time.
